We're looking for a licensed nail technician who enjoys building relationships with clients, takes pride in their work, and values consistency over rushing through appointments. If you're looking for a drama-free, team-oriented salon where quality comes first, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Perform professional manicures and pedicures. Apply regular polish and gel polish with precision. Deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Work collaboratively with our reception team and fellow technicians. Continue learning and improving your skills through coaching and training. What We're Looking For Idaho Nail Technician License. Friendly, dependable, and professional. Passion for natural nail care. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable receiving feedback and always looking to improve. Values teamwork over competition. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Wants to build long-term relationships with clients—not just fill appointments. Compensation & Benefits Commission starts at 42%, with opportunities to earn up to 45%. Typical earnings of $11-28/hour, plus tips.​ Established salon with an existing client base.
