Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Nail Technology Instructor to inspire and educate aspiring nail technicians. This role offers the opportunity to share your expertise, foster creativity, and shape the next generation of beauty professionals. As a Nail Technology Instructor you will deliver comprehensive training on nail care techniques and industry standards, ensuring students develop both technical skills and professional confidence. Your energetic approach and guidance will directly shape their success. Competitive Pay Based On Experience Qualifications/Duties Deliver and help develop engaging lesson plans covering nail care and nail art. Teach essential skills including manicure and pedicure. Demonstrate proper use of tools and products while emphasizing safety, sanitation, and industry best practices. Assess student progress through practical evaluations and assessments to ensure mastery of techniques. Provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement and professional growth Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, practical progress, evaluations, and other required documentation. Enforce sanitation, infection control, safety, and professional standards. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques. Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes creativity, professionalism, and respect among students. Work collaboratively with school leadership, staff, and fellow instructors to support student success and school standards. Experience/Skills Experience as a licensed nail technician with comprehensive knowledge of nail technology Prior classroom or adult education experience is highly preferred to effectively teach diverse learners Ability to further develop lesson plans that engage adult learners while meeting certification standards Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for mentoring aspiring beauty professionals Join us in shaping talented potential nail technicians take the first step toward a career they are passionate about.
