Job Summary We are seeking a talented and energetic Nail Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail art, ensuring each client leaves feeling pampered and confident. Your expertise in color theory, sanitation, and current nail trends will help create a welcoming atmosphere where clients can relax and enjoy personalized treatments. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and provide expert advice on nail care and maintenance Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to offer innovative services Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Manage retail sales of nail products and related beauty accessories using retail math skills to meet sales goals Communicate clearly with clients about aftercare instructions and upcoming promotions or new services Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a busy salon or spa setting Knowledge of cosmetology practices including nail care, skin health, and sanitation protocols Familiarity with advanced techniques such as gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs Ability to perform hair extensions, hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus Strong communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members Retail sales experience coupled with upselling abilities to maximize service revenue Certification in cosmetology or related field required.
