Half Moon Brow Studio is looking for an independent nail artist to become a Studio Partner at our brand-new College Avenue studio in Indianapolis. We're building a thoughtfully curated community of independent beauty professionals alongside our established team of brow, lash, skincare, waxing, permanent makeup, injectables, and esthetics providers. We're looking for a nail artist who wants to join a professional, collaborative studio environment where they can grow their independent business. About Half Moon Brow Studio Half Moon Brow Studio has proudly served Indianapolis since 2019. We specialize in brows, lashes, skincare, waxing, permanent makeup, and esthetic services, with a strong focus on exceptional service, beautiful environments, and genuine client relationships. As we move into our new College Avenue location, we're excited to welcome a limited number of independent professionals whose businesses complement the Half Moon experience. The Studio Partner Opportunity Our nail Studio Partner will operate their own independent nail business from a private treatment room within our new College Avenue studio.
The Studio Partner will:
Maintain their own independent business, pricing, schedule, clientele, and service offerings Retain 100% of their service revenue Supply their own nail equipment, furniture, products, and professional supplies Maintain their own professional licensing, insurance, and business expenses Have the freedom to build their business while being part of a collaborative studio community
Weekly Studio Partnership Fee:
$350/week (Full Partnership) or $275/week (Studio Space Only) This is a booth rental arrangement. The Studio Partner does not receive wages, salary, or commission from Half Moon Brow Studio. Your Studio Space The available private treatment room is approximately 9' x 7'8" and includes: Private room with a locking door Pedestal sink Utilities Wi-Fi 24/7 studio access Access to shared client waiting areas Access to laundry services Access to the studio break room The Studio Partner will furnish their own treatment room with the furniture, equipment, décor, products, and supplies needed to provide their services. Partnership Benefits For those interested in the Full Partnership model, a Studio Partner would have access to additional Half Moon resources, including: Boulevard scheduling and payment processing Front desk support Administrative assistance Website listing Social media and marketing collaboration Professional photography opportunities Paid promotional opportunities when appropriate Participation in studio events Cross-referral opportunities with Half Moon providers Service trade opportunities A collaborative professional environment Our goal is to create a partnership that provides the independence of running your own business while giving you access to resources and a professional studio environment that would be difficult to build alone.
