Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Maintain strict sanitation standards using proper sterilization techniques for tools and workstations Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or products Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms Upsell retail products related to nail care and other beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Assist with front desk responsibilities including client check-in/out, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries Promote additional aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers or chemical peels when appropriate to clients interested in broader beauty services Experience Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in a related beauty industry role with a strong portfolio of nail artistry Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices within a salon or spa environment Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
