• What We're Looking For We are seeking professionals who are: Highly motivated, reliable, and coachable Team-oriented with a positive attitude Passionate about nails and client care Patient and attentive with clients Confident in delivering exceptional customer service Open to learning new systems and techniques Comfortable performing manicures and pedicures Applicants must hold an active Louisiana Cosmetology or Manicurist License.
• Responsibilities Provide a luxury, welcoming experience for every client Perform high-quality manicure services including gel and builder gel nails with precision and artistry Apply builder gel to create durable, structured nail enhancements Perform dry pedicure services in a professional and relaxing manner Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Consult with clients to understand their nail goals, preferences, and style Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance Recommend and upsell services or retail products when appropriate Maintain a clean and organized workstation Assist with daily salon cleaning and maintenance Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling when needed•Experience Licensed Cosmetologist or Manicurist in the state of Louisiana Experience performing manicures, gel services, or builder gel preferred but not required Newly licensed nail professionals are welcome to apply Strong knowledge of sanitation and sterilization procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to connect confidently with diverse clientele Basic arithmetic skills for service pricing and retail transactions•What We Offer Hourly pay with performance incentives Healthcare benefits Paid time off (PTO) Paid training and continuing education Specialized training in builder gel and structured manicures Supportive team environment focused on growth Opportunity to build a long-term career in a luxury nail salon•Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling Weekend availability preferred•If you are passionate about nails and want to grow in a supportive luxury salon environment, we would love to meet you.
