Duties Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure client safety Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail care treatments or enhancements Apply knowledge of color theory to create customized nail designs that match client personalities and trends Promote retail sales of nail care products, skincare items, and other beauty accessories through effective upselling techniques Assist clients with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or hair styling when qualified Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments, and new product offerings Experience Valid cosmetology license with specialization in nail technology from an accredited program Proven experience in performing a wide range of nail services including gel, acrylics, and intricate nail art Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment Familiarity with color theory principles to enhance artistic designs and client satisfaction Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently and professionally Experience in retail sales and upselling to maximize service revenue while delivering exceptional customer service Additional skills such as hair extensions, hair threading, barbering, or esthetic laser treatments are a plus but not required Join us to elevate your career in beauty!
