Duties Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including shaping, cuticle care, polishing, and nail enhancements Perform advanced nail treatments such as gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and intricate designs using color theory principles Offer additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, and hair threading to meet client needs Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations Engage with clients through excellent customer service by understanding their preferences and upselling complementary products or services Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide innovative options to clients Assist with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Requirements Valid cosmetology license or limited nail license Knowledge of color theory for creating appealing nail art and designs Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Familiarity with sanitation procedures and health regulations within the beauty industry Experience with advanced beauty treatments such as esthetic laser therapy or dermabrasion is a plus Excellent communication skills combined with retail math proficiency for upselling products effectively Passion for continuous learning about new trends in nail technology and beauty treatments Embark on a fulfilling career where your creativity shines!
