Lice Clinic Technician - Towson & Bel Air

This employee will split time equally between the Towson location (604 Providence Rd) and the Bel Air location (4 North Ave) General Description Join our warm and caring crew in assisting clients through the very stressful experience of having lice. You will receive paid training to become a lice expert able to screen, diagnose and treat clients with our FDA cleared, heated air device. You will also educate clients about lice, care and prevention. If you are a supportive individual who loves to learn and grow, Lice Clinics of Maryland is the place for you. We'll teach you everything you need to know in our training program. Paid Training. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the lice clinic. Conduct thorough sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment. Utilize cosmetology skills to perform lice removal treatments and educate clients on prevention. Manage appointment scheduling and client records using Vagaro software. Assist with retail sales of lice treatment products and maintain inventory. Collaborate with team members to enhance clinic operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Desire to enter the health care field to care for people in need. Must be able to stand for the duration of treatment(s). High school diploma or equivalent. Must be comfortable working around head lice (don't worry, they don't jump or fly!). Reliable transportation to

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

Base pay of $20/hr plus tips. Tips average over $10/hr so technicians are making $30/hr on average, or more.

Hours :

Technicians are required to meet a minimum of 24 hours per week with a 5 hour shift minimum. Flexibility in shift selection. Afternoon/Evenings and weekends preferred . Clinic's hours are 8am - 8pm.
