Our nail department focuses on quality over quantity. We specialize in structured hard gel manicures, Russian dry manicures, and healthy nail growth. We do not offer acrylics. Instead, we focus on advanced techniques, attention to detail, and long-lasting results that align with our luxury brand. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Performing structured hard gel manicures with precision and consistency. Providing Russian (dry) manicures using advanced e-file techniques. Maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and organization. 60-90 minute nail service Educating clients on nail health and proper aftercare. Delivering a luxury client experience from start to finish. Building strong client relationships that encourage retention and referrals. Growing your skills through continued education and mentorship.

REQUIREMENTS

Current Michigan Nail Technician or Cosmetology License. Experience with hard gel applications( if not, not a problem) Strong e-file skills and attention to detail. Professional communication and customer service skills. Passion for natural nail health and advanced techniques. Desire to grow both personally and professionally.
