Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to help clients choose the perfect shades and designs that complement their style Conduct esthetic treatments including dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, hair styling, and esthetic laser treatments

IF QUALIFIED

Follow salon safety protocols by maintaining strict sanitation standards, disinfecting tools and workstations regularly to ensure client safety Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice on nail care and maintenance, and upsell retail products confidently Manage retail sales by recommending suitable products based on client needs while demonstrating strong retail math skills Uphold professionalism through excellent client communication skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong understanding of nail care techniques and salon safety protocols Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions (including acrylic application), gel manicures, and sanitation procedures Certification or training in cosmetology or esthetician practices is preferred Ability to perform advanced treatments such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser procedures is a plus Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and promote services effectively Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals Familiarity with retail sales strategies including upselling techniques and retail math calculations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of disinfection and safety Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms lives one manicure at a time!
