This commission-based position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a lively, supportive environment dedicated to beauty excellence. Duties Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color options based on client preferences Upsell additional services to enhance client satisfaction Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and ensure a positive, relaxing experience Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology as required by NC state and local regulations Strong knowledge of nail care, sanitation practices, and safety procedures Experience with various nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art preferred but open to pedicure/manicure-only candidates Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining a clean and organized workspace We welcome passionate professionals eager to make clients feel beautiful inside and out.
