Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry Apply advanced techniques including gel extension, nail sculpting, and intricate nail designs to meet client preferences Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on individual needs Upsell retail products like nail care items, polishes, and skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Stay informed about the latest trends in color theory, nail art, and beauty innovations to provide fresh ideas and services Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met while fostering a welcoming atmosphere Experience Proven experience as a manicurist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon environment Familiarity with cosmetology practices including hair extensions, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair styling, hair threading, barbering and related beauty services Strong communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals Ability to perform retail math for upselling opportunities effectively Experience working with diverse client needs and providing excellent customer service in fast-paced settings Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills transform everyday beauty routines into extraordinary experiences!
