This role is perfect for someone who believes a pedicure is more than a service—it's an opportunity to help people slow down, relax, and feel genuinely cared for. We are a quiet, appointment-only natural nail studio focused on creating thoughtful experiences through exceptional nail care and warm hospitality. We're looking for someone who values quality over quantity, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and wants to grow alongside a locally owned business that's redefining the traditional nail salon experience. Responsibilities

• Perform luxury natural nail pedicure services
• Provide callus treatment services following studio protocols
• Deliver relaxing foot and lower leg massages
• Maintain exceptional sanitation and infection control standards
• Prepare and clean treatment areas between appointments
• Educate clients on healthy nail and foot care
• Recommend retail products when appropriate to support client care
• Create a welcoming, calm, and personalized experience for every guest
• Assist with opening, closing, and general studio upkeep
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment Qualifications & Skills Required
• Current North Carolina Nail Technician or Cosmetology License
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Preferred
• Previous experience performing pedicures
• Retail sales or product recommendation experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for natural nail care and wellness
• Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
