Duties Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable nail treatments, and educate on nail health and maintenance Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to offer innovative services Upsell additional treatments like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and accessories by applying retail math skills to meet sales goals Assist with inventory management and ensure all tools and workstations are clean, organized, and ready for service Skills Strong knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing nail designs Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure a positive experience Proficiency in sanitation practices to uphold health standards in all procedures Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician certification with specialization in nail care Experience with advanced techniques such as gel application, acrylics, nail art, and cuticle care Ability to perform hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, and barbering as optional complementary services Knowledge of retail sales strategies including upselling techniques and retail math for achieving sales targets Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and recommend products or services confidently Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry meets exceptional client care!
