1099 Independent Contractor Nail Technician - Booth Rental Opportunity Sammiis Nailsss LLC is currently seeking a licensed Nail Technician to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor inside our private nail salon suite. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional who wants the freedom of operating their own business while working in a clean, professional salon environment. Salon Environment Our private salon suite provides a comfortable and professional atmosphere. The selected contractor will share a workspace with three other nail technicians. The salon owner is present on-site most days while servicing her own clients and managing salon operations. Included Amenities Your weekly booth rental includes access to: Personal nail desk/station Pedicure station Sink and washing area Sterilization machine Hot towel steamer Hot stone equipment Paraffin wax machine Restroom facilities 24/7 access to the salon suite Independent Contractor Responsibilities As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you are responsible for: Maintaining your own business operations Controlling and managing your own schedule Building and maintaining your own clientele Utilizing your own booking platform and appointment system Collecting payments directly from your clients Providing all supplies and products necessary to perform services Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times Following all Nevada State Board of Cosmetology regulations Following all OSHA safety and sanitation requirements Maintaining all required professional licenses and certifications necessary to legally perform nail services in the State of Nevada Rental Terms $200 Refundable Security Deposit due with 1st weeks rent at contract signing $200 Weekly Booth Rental Fee Rent is due every Friday Qualifications Current Nevada Nail Technician License Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently Existing clientele preferred Must pass background check Interested?
