Job Description
SOAK is looking for full and part-time Nail Techs SOAK, Reno's #1 nail spa offers the top in health & wellness when it comes to nails. We offer a unique, high-quality Mani/Pedi experience coupled with artisan cocktails! (SOAK does not offer acrylic but does offer shellac and gel, and Kokoist (gel x like extensions). SOAK offers hourly pay based on experience plus great tips and team rewards with legal W-2 status. Ethical ownership and operations for our staff are a top priority. This includes flexible schedules, free education, staff appreciation and proper employment categorization. SOAK meets legal and financial obligations to its employees, including properly paying all taxes (e.g. Social Security, Medicare, unemployment insurance, etc). Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients. Perform nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements while adhering to sanitation standards. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. Have a great sense of humor and be willing to have fun Qualifications Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices Experience in retail sales and upselling products Willing to learn and a team spirit are a must
