Responsibilities Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity. Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and innovative techniques to offer fresh options to clients. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance. Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements. Upsell additional services such as hand or foot massages, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction. Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories while demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace that adheres to health regulations and safety protocols. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon or spa environment. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs. Familiarity with color theory to create harmonious and eye-catching nail designs. Experience with sanitation procedures and maintaining a sterile work environment. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals effectively. Ability to upsell services confidently while providing outstanding customer service. Additional skills such as hair extensions, hair styling, barbering, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments are a plus but not required.
