Duties Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their salon experience Assist customers in selecting the appropriate tanning services and products tailored to their needs Operate tanning equipment safely, ensuring proper usage and sanitation between clients Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon to ensure a safe environment Promote additional services, upgrades, or retail products through effective upselling techniques Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts Educate clients on safety guidelines, tanning procedures, and aftercare to promote responsible tanning habits Qualifications Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services confidently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting Basic familiarity with cosmetology or skincare is a plus but not required; training will be provided Reliable cash handling skills with attention to detail for transactions and record keeping Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with salon maintenance Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels positive customer interactions!
