Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with attention to detail and hygiene standards. Provide comprehensive skincare treatments such as body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and facial services to enhance clients' natural beauty. Deliver expert hair styling, including cuts, blowouts, hair extensions, and hair threading to meet diverse client needs. Apply eyelash extensions and assist clients with eye-enhancing treatments that complement their overall look. Offer professional advice on color theory for nail polish and hair coloring options to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain impeccable sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Engage with clients through excellent customer service by understanding their preferences, upselling products or additional services, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Stay current on industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training opportunities. Skills Must have your own clientele Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles including nail care, skin treatments, hair styling, and body waxing techniques. Proficiency in color theory to recommend flattering shades for nails and hair. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and product benefits while building rapport with clients. Experience with retail sales techniques such as upselling products or services to enhance client experience. Familiarity with sanitation standards necessary for maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment. Ability to perform specialized services like eyelash extensions, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and hair extensions confidently. Sound understanding of retail math for managing product inventory and sales transactions effectively.
