Duties Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail enhancements with precision and artistry Apply advanced techniques such as nail art, gel polish application, and cuticle care to create customized looks Educate clients on nail health, proper maintenance, and aftercare to promote long-lasting results Maintain strict sanitation standards of service stations and general spa areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Assist clients in selecting colors and styles by leveraging your knowledge of color theory and current trends Promote retail sales of nail care products, skincare items, and beauty accessories through effective upselling strategies Manage the daily flow of appointments by accurately using scheduling software, answering client inquiries via phone, and processing all service and retail payments through the Square POS system. Stay updated on the latest industry trends Experience Valid state licensure as a Manicurist or Nail Technician Proven experience performing a variety of nail services with a strong portfolio of work showcasing creativity and technical skill Knowledge of sanitation protocols aligned with health regulations to ensure client safety at all times Familiarity with sales and product knowledge to maximize client retention and product recommendations Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations Experience with advanced nail art and enhancements is a plus but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent customer service skills Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms nails into works of art!
