Duties Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art designs tailored to each client's preferences Apply advanced techniques such as nail extensions, gel polish, and intricate designs using color theory principles to enhance aesthetic appeal Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance Provide expert advice on nail care routines, products, and treatments to educate clients and promote ongoing maintenance Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client satisfaction and revenue Assist clients with selecting suitable colors and styles that complement their skin tone and personal style Stay current with industry trends in nail art, hair extensions, hair styling, and other beauty services to deliver innovative solutions Skills Strong knowledge of color theory for creating visually appealing nail designs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients Proficiency in sanitation practices to uphold health standards within the salon environment Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician programs with certification in nail care techniques Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair styling, barbering, and dermabrasion is a plus but not required Ability to perform retail sales through upselling complementary products and services effectively Familiarity with retail math for managing product inventory and sales transactions efficiently Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, and other advanced beauty procedures is advantageous Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly and ensure client comfort Join us in creating stunning transformations while delivering top-tier service!
