Job Description

The Wine Spa is the first dedicated wine spa in the United States and was recently named one of TIME's Greatest Places in the World. Rooted in the antioxidants of grape and vine, our treatments are designed to help guests slow down, reconnect, and experience the best of Oregon Wine Country. We're expanding our menu to include luxurious zero-gravity pedicures, creating a foot-focused experience unlike anything else in the Willamette Valley. We are seeking a licensed Nail Technician who believes that a great pedicure is about far more than polish—it is about massage, relaxation, wellness, and exceptional guest care. If you light up when talking about foot massage, reflexology, and helping people leave feeling like they're walking on clouds, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional natural manicures and luxury spa pedicures. Perform relaxing and effective foot and lower leg massage using a variety of techniques. Help develop and refine our signature zero-gravity pedicure experiences. Provide traditional polish and Shellac services. Gel services may be added in the future. Educate guests on foot wellness and home care. Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and professionalism in treatment and preparation areas. Collaborate with the spa team to create memorable guest experiences. Assist with side work and help maintain the spa environment. Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas for new treatments and enhancements. Who You Are Currently licensed as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist in Oregon. Passionate about foot massage and creating deeply relaxing experiences. Experience with dry pedicures, wellness pedicures, or zero-gravity pedicures is highly desirable. Reflexology training or other foot-focused specialties are a major plus. Knowledge of Shellac and gel polish application preferred. You enjoy connecting with guests and providing thoughtful, unhurried service. Positive, dependable, and team-oriented. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative environment. Committed to cleanliness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. Bonus points if you love wine and/or if you have your OLCC service permit! What Makes This Role Different At The Wine Spa, we're building something special. This isn't a high-volume nail salon environment, and we do not offer acrylic nails. Instead, we focus on luxurious, restorative experiences that blend wellness, massage, and self-care. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a beautiful wine country setting where quality matters more than speed. We believe exceptional guest experiences start with practitioners who feel respected and supported, and we operate like a well-oiled machine. Everyone contributes to creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests and teammates alike. Why Join The Wine Spa? Consistent hourly pay + grautity Continuing education and opportunities to help shape new treatments. Team collaboration and supportive management. Luxury spa environment. Employee discounts on services and retail. A chance to help build a category-defining experience that guests cannot find anywhere else. Benefits for full time employees (30 hours +) Most importantly, you'll be part of a team that is redefining what a pedicure can be—and creating an experience guests will talk about long after their vacation ends.
