Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of shampoo stations, tools, and work areas in compliance with health regulations. Assist with retail sales of hair care products, makeup, nail care items, and accessories through effective upselling strategies. Handle front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out processes, answering inquiries, and managing store management tasks. Skills Excellent communication skills to engage clients professionally and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Experience with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Familiarity with store management practices including front desk operations, retail sales strategies, and upselling methods.
