Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Nail Tech to join our vibrant beauty team! In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, creating beautiful, customized manicures and pedicures that leave clients feeling pampered and confident. Your expertise will help elevate our clients' beauty routines while providing a welcoming and professional experience. This commission paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, technical skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction in a lively, energetic environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and care (we do not offer dip powder or acrylic services) Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene according to health regulations to ensure client safety Educate clients on nail care routines, product use, and maintenance tips for long-lasting results Upsell additional services such as hand or foot treatments, skincare products, or nail enhancements to enhance client experience and salon revenue Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education Working Saturdays (half-days) is a must Skills Must have Active PA State Board of Cosmetology or Nail Tech license Strong knowledge of color theory for creating stunning nail designs and art Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients Proficiency in sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment for all clients and staff Experience with various nail techniques including builder gel and Gel-X application and intricate nail art designs Retail sales skills to recommend products that support ongoing nail health and beauty routines Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly and provide excellent client education Must be able to work independently and as a team Reliable/dependable Punctual Ambitious and motivated Join us as a Nail Technician if you're eager to bring your artistic talents to life while delivering top-tier service in a lively setting!
