In this role, you will provide exceptional nail services to our diverse clientele. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all customers. We are a commission based shop, but not oppose to booth rental opportunities with the right nail tech. Duties Perform services such as nail care, and nail skin health, as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon hygiene standards. Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management. Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and managing customer inquiries. Educate clients on nail care and retail offerings to enhance their experience. Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively. Requirements Valid cosmetology or nail tech license is required. Experience and a clientele is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with salon software for managing appointments and client records. Knowledge of products and retail math to assist in product recommendations.
