This role is ideal for a technician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional quality and client care. As part of our growing spa, you will provide professional nail services to a steady stream of clients while showcasing your creativity, refining your techniques, and building a loyal clientele within a supportive and professional setting. Responsibilities Perform a high volume of professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, and nail enhancements such as acrylic or builder gel (if applicable). Deliver precise and hygienic cuticle care, nail shaping, and overall nail maintenance with efficiency and consistency. Maintain excellent service quality while working in a fast-paced environment with back-to-back appointments. Provide exceptional customer service through friendly communication, active listening, and personalized recommendations. Educate clients on nail care, product usage, and at-home maintenance to support healthy nails between appointments. Promote and recommend retail products based on client needs, contributing to overall spa sales and client satisfaction. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in strict compliance with state health and safety regulations. Properly disinfect and sterilize tools and equipment after every service to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Support the team environment by assisting with daily spa operations when needed. Qualifications Valid Nail Technician or Cosmetology License as required by state law. Experience performing manicures, pedicures, gel polish services, and nail enhancements (acrylic, builder gel, or similar preferred). Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, appointment-driven environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. Confidence in recommending and selling retail products that support client results and satisfaction. Strong understanding of sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards within the nail industry.
