Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and talented Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, create stunning nail designs, and provide personalized consultations to ensure each client leaves feeling confident and pampered. Duties Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in choosing the perfect shades and designs for their nails Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, or esthetic laser treatments when qualified Upsell retail products like nail care kits, skincare items, or hair extensions to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service to foster repeat business Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification with specialization in nail care required Proven experience in performing various nail techniques including gel, acrylics, and intricate nail art Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace Familiarity with color theory principles to assist clients in selecting complementary shades Ability to perform additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, or body waxing is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Retail sales experience and understanding of retail math for upselling opportunities preferred Willingness to learn new techniques such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments as needed Join us if you're passionate about beauty innovation and eager to deliver exceptional client experiences!
