Responsibilities Perform nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail extensions with precision and attention to detail. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations after each service to ensure client safety. Utilize color theory knowledge to recommend suitable shades for nail art or cosmetic procedures that complement clients' skin tones. Provide classroom and hands-on instruction in nail technology theory and practical skills. Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging educational experiences. Mentor students in professionalism, customer service, and career readiness. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products. Adhere to all state board regulations and salon policies. Qualifications Current state Nail Technician or Cosmetology license (required). Previous salon or spa experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel polish, and nail enhancement services. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation standards.
