Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and application techniques to offer innovative services Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and accessories by providing excellent customer service Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health regulations and safety standards Skills Strong knowledge of color theory to create appealing nail designs that complement client preferences Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport quickly Proficiency in sanitation practices to uphold health standards in all nail procedures Background in cosmetology with certifications in nail care and esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion or laser therapy preferred Experience with hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, or barbering is a plus for cross-service opportunities Ability to perform retail math accurately when handling product sales and upselling techniques Knowledge of advanced beauty treatments including eyelash extensions and body waxing enhances service offerings Effective communication skills to explain procedures clearly and ensure client comfort throughout the appointment Join us in creating stunning looks while delivering top-tier service!
