Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in nail artistry, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and pampered. Responsibilities Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color choices based on client preferences and skin tone Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions to promote healthy nails Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and accessories using retail math principles to meet sales goals Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail techniques, and new product offerings to continually elevate service quality Requirements Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state or local regulations Proven experience in performing diverse nail care services with a keen eye for detail Knowledge of sanitation protocols and sterilization procedures to maintain a safe workspace Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs Familiarity with color theory to assist clients in selecting flattering shades and designs Ability to perform additional beauty services such as hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, or dermabrasion is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters repeat business Join our team where your talent will be celebrated!
