Job Overview :

As a Nail Pro, you are the "Technical Lead" on the floor. You aren't just performing services; you're the "Coach" for our clients' hand and foot health. You'll be delivering championship-level grooming while hanging out in an environment that feels like a VIP lounge. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure client safety and hygiene at all times. Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on nail care routines. Upsell additional services such as massage add-ons, hand or foot treatments, or retail products to enhance client experience Manage retail sales o.f nail care products and accessories confidently using retail math skills Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work station while adhering to health and safety regulations. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a salon or spa environment. Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and current industry tren.ds Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Familiarity with sanitation procedures, sterilization methods, and health regulations governing beauty services. Experience with advanced treatments such as , body waxing, or barbering is a plus.
