In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and creative nail art, while providing outstanding customer service. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and pampered, ensuring they leave with a smile and a renewed sense of self. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a lively, professional environment dedicated to beauty and wellness. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art designs. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail care services and products. Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs that complement clients' styles and personalities. Upsell additional services like hand and foot massages, body waxing, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales. Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and product innovations to provide fresh ideas for clients. Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products, skincare items, and accessories that meet clients' needs. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a salon or spa environment. Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation procedures, and esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable. Familiarity with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, and barbering is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their beauty goals. Ability to perform retail math for upselling products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
