JOB SUMMARY
Provide a variety of individualized nail services and treatments, including hand and foot massage, manicure, pedicure, nail care and polish application Maintain up to date knowledge of nail care, maintenance and products Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members Communicate and describe salon offerings, including pricing, and their benefits Recommend and up-sell services and products that fit the guests' needs Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests' needs in a professional manner Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and ready for each client prior to their arrival, and for proper sanitation and restocking after each use according to departmental policy Maintain clean, organized work area whit adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products Perform other duties as assigned
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules, weekends, and holidays to reflect the needs of the facility. Multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint. Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems, in a timely manner. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Prior customer service experience. Prior nail treatment experience. Prior Hotel/Casino Experience preferred. Must hold license from Virginia State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
