Licensed in the state of

Virginia Communication Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts and techniques to students with varying levels of understanding.

Strong organizational and time management skills to assist in preparing instructional materials, coordinating activities, and managing student records.

Responsibilities :

Including but not limited to: Assuring the provision of high-quality discussions, learning, and communication Grading course materials such as quizzes, and tests Must be able to follow and comply with all state compliance laws/requirements i.e. HIPAA Prepare and present program material to meet program/course objectives i.e. PowerPoint slides and class assignments. Maintain accurate student attendance, assignments, and grades in STARS. Assuring the provision of high-quality discussions, learning, and communication. Grading course materials such as papers, quizzes, and tests. Assisting students with navigating in an online or in person environment. Skills Extensive knowledge of esthetic procedures including facials, dermabrasion, laser treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and skin care products Strong understanding of anatomy relevant to aesthetic treatments and massage therapies such as trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage Proven ability to teach adult learners effectively through engaging classroom experience and clear communication Skilled in lesson planning with the capacity to design comprehensive curricula that meet educational standards Hands-on expertise in hair extensions, coloring, threading, styling, makeup application, nail care, and barbering techniques Familiarity with aesthetic laser technology and advanced skin treatments to provide up-to-date instruction Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities while ensuring safety protocols are followed

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
