Duties Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to offer innovative services Upsell additional services like hand or foot treatments, skincare add-ons, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Manage retail sales of nail care products, cosmetics, and accessories through effective communication skills Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health regulations and salon standards Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialization in nail technology required Proven experience in nail care services including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art Strong knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing designs tailored to client preferences Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic environment Familiarity with advanced treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, laser treatments or hair threading is a plus Ability to upsell retail products effectively while providing exceptional service Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform detailed work efficiently Join us if you're passionate about beauty innovation and delivering outstanding client experiences!
