In this lively role, you'll deliver exceptional pedicure services, ensuring each guest experiences relaxation, beauty, and wellness. Please note:
this pedicure area is designed to be waterless. Duties Perform professional pedicure treatments, including exfoliation, cuticle care, massage, and polish application with precision and creativity Provide expert advice on nail care, color theory, and foot health to enhance client satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean workspace to promote client safety and comfort Assist clients in selecting nail colors and treatments that complement their style and preferences, upselling additional services when appropriate Stay informed about the latest trends in nail art (art training available) Educate clients on proper foot care routines and recommend retail products to support ongoing wellness at home Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews Qualifications Licensed VA Nail Technician - open to apprenticeship with past experience Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to uphold health standards and client safety Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear guidance on treatments and products Experience with color theory, nail art techniques, and retail sales Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Pay is a commission scale with opportunity to grow! $27.76 - $33.43 per hour
