Responsibilities Lead daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service at all times Supervise nail technicians and beauty specialists, providing coaching on techniques such as gel manicures, acrylic nail application, nail extensions, and nail care best practices Maintain strict adherence to salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Manage appointment scheduling, walk-in traffic, and retail sales to maximize revenue opportunities through upselling of nail products and services Oversee inventory management for nail polishes, tools, disinfectants, and other salon supplies Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations on color theory, nail extensions, pedicures, and other treatments Implement disinfection procedures in compliance with health regulations to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety Coordinate staff training on new techniques such as esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, or eyelash extensions to keep the team current with industry trends Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nails or esthetics Strong knowledge of nail services including gel manicures, acrylic application, pedicures, and advanced nail care techniques Familiarity with salon safety protocols and sanitation standards required by health authorities Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Experience managing or supervising a team of beauty professionals preferred Basic retail math skills for upselling products effectively Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a lively salon environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as our Nail Salon Operation Leader and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier beauty experiences.
