We're expanding our nail services in Spokane and company-wide, and we want someone ready to grow with us. What You'll Do Welcome and guide guests through their manicure and pedicure experience, start to finish Perform core nail services to our standard of care Recommend retail products and services that genuinely fit each guest's needs Educating clients on at-home nail care so results last between visits Build lasting guest relationships that turn one-time visits into a loyal book of business What You Bring An active Washington State manicurist license is required A consistent, efficient, detail-oriented approach to service Strong listening skills and the ability to tailor service to each guest A patient, adaptable, solutions-first mindset Clear communication and a genuine passion for hospitality Nice to Have 1+ years working in a salon or spa environment Additional nail certifications or specialty training An esthetician license, alongside your manicurist license — a real plus, not required Flexible availability, including weekends Pay & Benefits $17.13 /hour base rate, plus commission on Service Sales Revenue starting at 33%; 100% of guest tips, retail commission & bonus opportunities per program guidelines Medical health benefits and employee discounts for eligible team members
