ROLE SUMMARY
The Bottle Presenter supports the Bottle Service team to provide exceptional customer service to all club patrons. They will ensure a lively and enjoyable atmosphere while following all safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a bottle presenter in a bar or club setting. This is an hourly, non tipped position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Present and showcase bottle selections in an engaging and enticing manner, utilizing product knowledge to enhance guest experience. Always maintain a polished and sophisticated appearance, reflecting the upscale ambiance of the nightclub. Collaborate with the service Bottle Service team to ensure seamless execution of bottle service orders. Prepare and organize all bottle presentations and shows pertaining to qualifying orders. Participate in all performance aspects of shows as needed; up to and including costume changes and choreographed performances. Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the VIP section, including maintaining bottle displays and table setups. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting featured products and special offerings to guests.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a hospitality or nightlife setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be at least 21. Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects required for Bottle Presenter position. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering exceptional service.
