In this vital role, you will serve as the physical reference for our apparel, providing invaluable feedback on fit, comfort, and overall design. Your participation ensures that our clothing not only looks fantastic but also fits perfectly, helping us deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in the creative process and influence the final look and feel of our collections. Duties Try on sample garments during various stages of development to assess fit and comfort Provide detailed, constructive feedback to designers and pattern makers regarding fit issues and suggestions for improvement Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure garments align with sizing standards and aesthetic goals Maintain accurate records of fit notes and measurements for each fitting session Attend scheduled fittings and communicate effectively about any adjustments needed Assist in evaluating fabric drape, stretch, and overall garment performance during fittings Support the development of new styles by participating in multiple fitting sessions as required Experience Background in Modeling,dancing, theater, or other performance arts that demonstrate body awareness and movement control Strong communication skills to clearly articulate feedback and fit observations Prior experience as a fit model or in a related apparel industry role is advantageous but not mandatory Passion for fashion, design, or garment construction with an eye for detail and fit precision Join us to play a pivotal role in shaping our collections!
