THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Model Cocktail Server to expedite guests' drink orders and provide beverage and bus service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.THE STARTING RATE

Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station Perform on-stage in comedy act, photo-shoots and other marketing events for purpose of developing and marketing the brand, attend activities outside of venue Actively use social media to engage the guest in an immersive and interactive experience Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures Focus on the development of a personal clientele list Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft Assist management with training and mentoring new employees as requestedTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Is 21+ years of age Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Required High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience working in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue Preferred Food and beverage/cocktail service experience Preferred Two (2) years' experience as a cocktail server in a similar high-volume bar or nightclub PreferredTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
