is a TikTok-focused brand incubator based in Manhattan. We work with leading Korean beauty and skincare brands to produce engaging social content for the U.S. market. Our work spans brand strategy, creative production, creator marketing, TikTok Shop, e-commerce, and offline retail. We combine brand storytelling with commercial execution to help brands grow across TikTok and other social platforms. About the Opportunity
CHROMATICA
is seeking a diverse group of models, actors, creators, and everyday people to appear in short-form content for leading Korean beauty and skincare brands. We are looking for authentic, relatable people with distinct personalities and a natural, approachable presence—not only traditional fashion or beauty models. Professional acting or modeling experience is not required. Selected talent will work with our creative production team to film scripted and concept-driven content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid social advertisements, product pages, and other digital marketing channels. Content may include beauty routines, product demonstrations, tutorials, testimonials, lifestyle scenes, natural reactions, and direct-to-camera scripted segments. This is an in-person, project-based opportunity in New York City. Filming sessions will be scheduled according to campaign and production needs. What You'll Do Appear on camera in short-form content for Korean beauty, skincare, haircare, or wellness brands; Speak and perform short scripted lines naturally; Demonstrate beauty or wellness products on camera; Film tutorials, routines, testimonials, lifestyle scenes, and trend-based content; Express natural reactions and emotions for different creative concepts; Follow scripts, creative briefs, shot lists, and direction from the production team; Complete multiple takes and adjust your performance based on feedback; Collaborate professionally with producers, directors, videographers, and other talent; Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled filming sessions; Maintain continuity in appearance, wardrobe, and performance throughout production. What We're Looking For A natural, authentic, and approachable on-camera presence; Comfortable speaking directly to the camera; Able to learn and deliver short scripts or talking points; Comfortable demonstrating beauty, skincare, haircare, or wellness products; Able to express natural and believable reactions; Comfortable receiving direction and adjusting between takes; Professional, responsible, punctual, and responsive; Comfortable filming multiple content variations during one session; Able to attend in-person shoots in New York City; Legally authorized to work in the United States. Commercial, acting, modeling, UGC, or short-form content experience is helpful but not required. Reliability, personality, and the ability to appear natural on camera are more important than a traditional modeling background. Preferred but Not Required Experience with acting, modeling, UGC, social media, or commercial production; Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other vertical videos; Experience filming product demonstrations, testimonials, beauty routines, or advertisements; Familiarity with TikTok and short-form content styles; Interest in Korean beauty, skincare, haircare, makeup, or wellness products; A portfolio, acting reel, social media account, or examples of previous on-camera work.
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
