Hopscotch Portland is looking for hospitality professionals, students, hosts, guides or creative types to fill the position of Guest Ambassador. If you love to talk and engage with people and are passionate about being a part of a team that provides a great customer experience, then you will be a perfect fit! You must be reliable, punctual, love to engage with guests and take on challenges with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

Represent the Hopscotch brand with integrity and enthusiasm to hundreds of guests per day. Ensure cleanliness of assigned station and general gallery at all times. Work both cooperatively as part of a team and independently. Interact with guests to provide insight to our unique experiences. Describe installations with enthusiasm while also monitoring them to ensure they aren't tampered.

Thrive in a high trafficked fast paced environment. Flexible and open scheduling availability with the ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends as required Great customer service skills. Love working with people. Reliable and responsive. Naturally comfortable meeting new people with a passion for making people smile. Willing to stand for long periods of time in spaces that are of varying size and light.
