Math Around the Corner is the choice provider of in-person and virtual tutoring services in Fort Worth, TX. We work with elementary, middle, high school, and college students specializing in all subjects. Through our unique, personalized approach to tutoring, we are able to provide students with the support they need to achieve their goals. Academic success is our priority, and we believe all students can achieve success in any subject. We are looking for a dedicated, responsible and organized individual to join our administrative team and assist with the daily operations of the company.

Scheduling Assistant Requirements:

Excellent communication and organization. Strong writing, logical, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using telephone, email, and other communication platforms. Be reachable and responsive via telephone, e-mail, or other designated business communication platform during work hours. Be available and provide services during open hours, 1-week before finals, and during finals week. Work from both home and the Math Around the Corner location throughout the week.

Responsibilities:

Communicate between tutors and families to coordinate and manage the regular schedule, as well as address scheduling conflicts that arise. Send daily reminders to tutors regarding their schedules and responsibilities. Provide tutors and families with notices of upcoming calendar events and reorganize the schedule accordingly around holidays, school breaks, finals seasons, etc. Report all cancellations/missed sessions, providing details regarding the cancellation/missed session. Other responsibilities as designated by Carol Bearden.
