Job Description
Weekend Party Host We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and kid-loving Weekend Party Hosts to help us create fun, creative, and memorable birthday celebrations! Our party hosts are the people who keep the energy going, make families feel welcome, guide kids through the art experience, and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do Welcome birthday families and guests and help everyone feel comfortable and excited from the moment they arrive. Lead the party from start to finish, keeping the celebration on schedule while making it feel relaxed and fun. Introduce and guide the art project, encouraging kids to be creative and have fun with the process. Keep children engaged, supported, and included throughout the party. Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the room and help create a memorable experience for the birthday child and their guests. Communicate warmly and professionally with parents and caregivers before, during, and after the party. Keep an eye on timing, transitions, supplies, and the overall flow of the celebration. Set up materials and the party space before guests arrive. Clean, organize, and reset the studio after each party. Help troubleshoot little surprises along the way and keep things moving with a calm, flexible attitude. Communicate any important notes, supply needs, or follow-up items to the studio team. You'll Be a Great Fit If You... Love working with kids and genuinely enjoy being part of their special moments. Are energetic, friendly, confident, and comfortable being the person leading the room. Can balance structure and fun—you can keep a party on track without making it feel overly formal. Are dependable and take pride in creating a great experience for families. Stay calm and positive when things get loud, messy, or unexpected. Are comfortable speaking to groups of children and adults. Enjoy art, creativity, crafting, or hands-on activities. Are organized and able to juggle several things at once. Don't mind getting messy and are ready to jump in wherever needed. Have a "let's make it work" attitude and enjoy being part of a team.
