Job Description

Position Overview Trendco is seeking a reliable and motivated Vending Attendant to service our PPE vending machines at a major Amazon Fulfillment Center. This part-time role is ideal for someone looking to earn supplemental income on a flexible schedule, with a clear path to grow into a commission-based position as the territory expands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restocking PPE vending machines multiple times per week, maintaining inventory accuracy, and acting as Trendco's on-site representative. A cargo van, pickup truck, or Sprinter van is preferred, but a company vehicle can be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities Visit the assigned Amazon Fulfillment Center multiple times per week to restock PPE vending machines with gloves, safety glasses, and other consumables. Maintain organized, fully-stocked machines by rotating inventory and ensuring product placement matches planogram. Conduct basic machine checks, identifying coil jams, dispensing issues, or hardware problems, and escalating repairs as needed. Track stock levels, usage data, and restock activity using Trendco's reporting tools. Build and maintain a positive working relationship with Amazon site managers and associates, acting as the primary Trendco representative on-site. Transport PPE inventory from Trendco's staging location to the Fulfillment Center safely and on schedule. Identify opportunities to improve stocking efficiency, product mix, or machine placement and share feedback with Trendco leadership. Ensure compliance with Amazon and Trendco safety and operational protocols at all times. Coordinate with Trendco's operations team on inventory replenishment, delivery windows, and reporting cadence. Qualifications Must own or have access to a cargo van, pickup truck, or Sprinter van. A company vehicle may be provided for qualified candidates. Must be able to pass a background check required for access to Amazon premises. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when representing Trendco on-site. Basic proficiency with smartphones, apps, and simple tracking tools for logging restock activity. Organizational skills to manage inventory, restock cycles, and on-site documentation. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues independently. Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes of PPE inventory (up to 50 lbs). Previous experience in delivery, vending, merchandising, or fulfillment operations is a plus.
