As an Instacart Shopper, you help Instacart connect millions of customers with local grocery and retail partners across North America. In this flexible, app-based role, you'll receive customer orders, shop for groceries and household items in nearby stores, and deliver them to customers' homes. You'll use the Instacart app to manage orders, navigate routes, and communicate with customers about substitutions and delivery updates. Success in this role requires reliability, attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
