Job Description

Job Summary:
Anytime Fitness is considered to be a premier place to work within the fitness industry, where we strive to help our members through coaching and community support. We are seeking a full time individual who is highly motivated with a passion for driving sales, improving the health of our members, and developing others. The Member Experience Manager plays a vital role in cultivating the success of our training program. The primary job of the Member Experience Manager is to drive personal training sales and member retention.
Essential Functions:
Experience managing a team Virtual personal training experience Nutrition and Recovery certifications
Job Qualifications:
1+ years of personal training experience and must have a Personal Training Certificate (Required) Proven sales record Flexible schedule, days/nights and weekends Strong organization skills and good at managing time/ schedules Technologically savvy Self-motivated, genuine and honest

This position is based in Fort Smith, AR 72916. Candidates must have reliable transportation or plan to relocate to Fort Smith, AR before starting work.
