Salon Operations Manager Nail Snob Phoenix

Job Summary Nail Snob Phoenix is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Salon Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and nail technicians. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to keep the salon running efficiently at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations including client check-in and check-out Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate daily reporting Provide exceptional customer service (in person, phone, and text communication) Answer phones, respond to messages, and assist with bookings Organize and manage daily nail technician schedules Monitor appointment flow and ensure services stay on time Problem-solve client or scheduling issues quickly and professionally Track inventory, restock supplies, and receive/open packages Oversee sanitation practices and ensure proper cleaning of implements Ensure nail techs are maintaining cleanliness and completing end-of-shift duties

Qualifications:

Previous salon, spa, or front desk management experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Professional, dependable, and solution-driven Experience with booking systems (Square or similar) is a plus
